My cat has cancer and is loosing weight rapidly. She will only eat canned food, and even then she just picks at it. What canned food has the highest calorie content? She likes Evo kitten, but will likely tire of it soon.

I would get Before Grain, BG Quail in a can. Its not a complete diet but the only ingredients are Quail, water. Its meant to add supplemental protein to a cats diet. My cat loves it, its her favorite food. I only give her about a can a week though as it is not a complete diet. You might want to try that. Also, Instincts duck seems to have oil floating in it. You might want to try that as well. I use Evo, Instincts and BG. So anyways, Im no expert, but...thats my suggestion.

If you havent tried A/D by Hills yet I would certainly offer it to her. You can offer her meat flavored baby food that does not have any onion powder in it. In our ER its A/D or Fancy Feast. Then we will try baby food. What ever texture canned food your cat has seemed to take to try to replicate it with a different flavor or brand. Always make sure the cats nose is free of debris. Microwaving the food for 5 seconds will make it super stinky which cats dig!

I am not sure but my cats seem to like 9 lives and friskies and they are very health for them also our vet recommended them so its probably healthy for her
