Can i feed my 13 week old kitten cat food that is labeled for both cats and kittens?

My 13 week old kitten wont eat kitten food. Weve tried wet, moist and dry. The only few brands of cat food he will eat is labeled for cats and kittens. The fat content isnt as high as in the kitten food but I dont know how to get him to eat the kitten food. Is this ok since it is labeled for both cats and kittens?
