Sometimes my 2 year old cat sometimes is sick after eating food any ideas before i take him to the vet?

The food looks like it hasnt been chewed, and hes eating Whiskas Cat food. He also done this when I was feeding him Felix.

I am just wondering why do people feed cat, cat food that they buy from the store? My nana has two cats and they eat rice, pasta and other food that she cooks. They like fish and they drink milk too! Why does my male cat viciously attack my older female cat only when he eats dry cat food?

He is overweight and would eat 24 hrs a day if I let him so I have to monitor his intake carefully. The older cat isnt anywhere near him when he seeks her out and attacks her after eating dry food. Why does my cat only eat one particular brand of food?

He does not steal food like normal cats, he does not eat meat, no chicken, no meat at all, ive tried all cat foods but none work apart from "go cat" dried food and even then he only eats the green ones which are the vegs. ive given food from my plate all he does is smell it and scruches his face up and runs away. i know theres nothing wrong with my food, all he eats are dried veg cat food and only 1 brand at that.

Our cat loves the cheap cat junk food. Actually we give her Iams, which is a step above purina, et al. However, she only eats the crunchy stuff. Shes interested in the wet stuff, but she just licks it for 10 minutes then walks away. Shes also 7 years old and the vet says that dehydration is causing her bladder and urinary tract problems. He told us that cats should be able to get more of their moisture from food, and told us to get her on a wet food diet. The only problem is, even if we dont give her the dry stuff, she wont eat more than a bite of the wet. Well, shell lick it, but then shell go looking for the dry stuff when she gets hungry. Do we just keep leaving out wet stuff and stop the dry stuff cold turkey? She doesnt like us to mix wet and dry. She sniffs at it and goes on a hunger strike. Any tips?
