How do i keep canned cat food on a 3day trip?

The automatic cat feeders I see hold ice bags that only hold for 12 hours. I will be taking my cat on a trip of 2-3 days so how do I keep his canned food. He has a condition that allows only special canned food. He takes meds that only I can give him so I must take him along on the trip. He takes 24 hours to eat a can.
