Its not the brand of cat food. She just doesnt want to eat it, shes eaten it before though. Buying her wet food is costly, and it would be better if she ate dry food one in a while. When l give her the dry food she just walks away and starts annoying me again.

Try mixing it? possibly.. that may help. that way the wet food will be on the dry food, and shell eat both!

Maybe start off by adding a little milk to it (or mix in a little wet food)--just to start off, then stop doing it after a while.

Your cat is smart. Dry causes dehydration and other kidney issues. Wet saves you money in the long run by avoiding vet visits and causing a happier healthier cat. I would stick with the wet and forget dry. Adding any liquid to dry food causes bacterial growth btw, so I would avoid that.

She might just be used to the canned food. You might have to mix some of the wet food with the dry food and gradually ween her off of the wet food. Also, you should take a look at her mouth and teeth to see if theres any problems with her mouth or teeth that may cause her to not want to eat the dry food.

Some cats just prefer one kind over the other. You could buy a small bag of quality dry and just leave it sit out - she may nibble on it, but feed her the canned - its a lot better for her in the long run.

See, your cats not even eating, shes spoiled. And for your information, the reason Im so broke is because my parents died and I spend a LOT taking care of my 9 year old brother and Im only 18. I refuse to get rid of the cat because he loves it and its kind of all he has since Im always working. You really should think before you say mean things like you just did to me.

MIX THE DRY WITH THE WET.. THEN TAKE OUT SOME OF THE WET FOOD DAILY TILL THERE IS NO MORE WET FOOD LEFT AND ONLY DRY

Shes a smart cat. Dry food was created for our convenience, and not for the health of our cats. Nature created cats to eat meat, not dry corn-filled kibbles. Dry food is now linked to such feline disorders as obesity, diabetes, constipation, urinary tract disorders, and kidney disease. Why fight what she clearly likes? You may thing the canned food is costly, but treating these disorders down the line will be more expensive still.

Dont ever give her wet food. just give her the dry. Once she is hungry enough and she realizes shes not getting wet food she will eat.
