What is a good brand of cat food that wont break the bank?

I have 2 cats just under a year old, I buy dry cat food for them - Friskies, Kit N Kaboodle, Meow Mix, etc. Ive heard that dry cat food can cause urinary troubles, and Im wondering what you all feed your cats that you consider good and not as expensive as canned food for 2 growing cats.
