I have been feeding my cat special food to prevent urinary problems, and I have an opened bag of Iams food. Will any shelter take it, or do I just throw it away?
Ina
Dry food has a really long shelf life, so why not reseal the bag and save it for any future infection(s)? Also, if its not used up, then just before its shelf life is over, then you can try and give it away. Also, if it helps get rid of an infection, then why not feed a little bit of it daily until its gone to help prevent more infections?
