I just got a cat and am feeding her commercial (grocery store brands) food temporarily until I can find a whole cat food that delivers to APO addresses. (My husband and I are stationed overseas) Does anyone know where I can get high-quaility cat food online?

I like the site a lot because you can pull up the name of any cat food, click on details and get the actual ingredient list of each food. Its an expensive way to go because of shipping charges and the price still turns out to be what you would pay in an independent pet store in the States. For help in getting the best food for your cat go to: http://www. littlebigcat. com and read some of Dr. Jean Hovfes articles on pet nutrition. Particularly the one "Selecting a Good Commercial Pet Food", "What Cats Should Eat", "Why Cats Need Canned Food", etc. That will help you to be able to read the ingredients list and evaluate the quality of the food you are ordering. I usually get a bag of dry food and a couple of cases of canned when I order from them.

If you live in an area that has petsmarts, they sell dogfoods on line. Of course you could also research feeding raw or making your own food too. Anne in Canada
